You track it in a spreadsheet. You still can’t see what you’re owed.

You do not need accounting software to get paid. Upload your spreadsheet and Kelo turns it into one weekly number, the single client to chase first, and a draft you approve before anything sends.

Read-only. Nothing sends without your approval. Your file stays in the UK/EU.

Three steps, about two minutes

1

Upload your spreadsheet

Export your pipeline or invoice list as a CSV and drop it in. Any column names, we match them for you.

2

Confirm your number

Kelo works out what is overdue, skips anything already paid, and shows one weekly number: what you are owed.

3

Chase the first one

It picks the single account worth chasing first and drafts the message. Nothing sends until you approve it.

Honest about the numbers

A spreadsheet figure is an estimate from what you entered, and Kelo says so, plainly, rather than pretending it is exact. Connect Xero or QuickBooks when you are ready and the same number becomes verified. Flagging our own uncertainty is how you know to trust the rest.

Questions

Do I need Xero or QuickBooks?
No. If you track invoices in a spreadsheet, that is enough. Upload a CSV and Kelo does the rest. If you connect Xero or QuickBooks later, your figures become exact and verified.
What columns does my spreadsheet need?
Just three: who owes you, how much, and the due date. An email and an invoice reference help but are optional. Kelo auto-detects your columns and lets you correct any that look wrong.
Will it count something twice?
No. If a spreadsheet row matches an invoice already in your accounting tool, Kelo flags it and leaves it out, so nothing is double counted.
Is my data safe?
Your file is processed privately and stored in the UK/EU. Kelo never sends anything to your clients without your approval.
